HOWARD STERN

Founder

Mr. Stern is an acknowledged expert whose depth of knowledge, in regards to all matters relating to New York Real Estate, is unparalleled. He was admitted to the New York State Bar in 1978 and founded the Law Offices of Howard Stern in 1986. He is responsible for the firm's overall management and supervision.

Mr. Stern handles client matters ranging from highly complex negotiations to straight-forward issues with a high level of professionalism and seasoned finesse. His ability to bring transactions to a successful and satisfactory conclusion is renowned in the industry.

Mr. Stern is Administrator for the Rent Stabilization Association (RSA) Legal Plan for small property owners and is uniquely qualified in the following practice areas:

He teaches, lectures and holds regular Seminars for Small Property Owners at the Rent Stabilization Association headquarters in downtown Manhattan. He moderates and lectures on relevant NYC Housing issues for CLE credits at courses/seminars hosted by the RSA. Mr. Stern has lectured for Small Property Owners of New York (SPONY) and various brokerage houses. He is regularly quoted in publications such as Real Estate Weekly, New York Magazine, Blackstone Publishing and the Real Deal.

Mr. Stern has represented major banks including Barclays Bank of New York and currently represents several Private Lenders.

RAYMOND A. D'ONOFRIO

Attorney

Mr. D'Onofrio joined the Law Firm of Howard Stern in 1994. He is a well-established real estate attorney with excellent litigation skills whose comprehensive knowledge, keen insight, attention to detail and professional integrity are highly regarded.
